Buyers can view your listing on any of the websites in our Network, If they have an interest in buying your concept, they contact you for more information:
If a buyer is interested in your concept, they have two methods of contacting you:

Direct Contact. Buyers contact you directly using the email address, phone number or website address you provide in your listing. This gives buyers the ability to satisfy their immediate need for information by enabling them to take the initiative and contact you directly. This helps maintain the buyer's interest in your concept and enables you to speak with buyers while they are at their "hottest." |

RFI System. Some buyers prefer to submit their information through our RFI system. This doesn't make
them less interested in buying your concept, it just means that they prefer that you contact them using the information they provide in their RFI.
When buyers use the RFI system to request additional information about buying your specific concept, we collect all of their contact information (name, address, phone, email, best time to contact) plus their timeframe to buy, available capital and desired location to buy. We use the capital and location information to filter the leads based on the filters you established in your listing.
If the lead passes your filters, we immediately email the buyer's information to you for follow-up with them. If the lead does not pass your filters, we notify the buyer that they do not meet your requirements. And we never "share" the lead with other concepts in which the buyer is not interested. |

There are benefits to both contact methods: Direct Contact enables buyers to contact you directly while they are at their "hottest," while the RFI System enables us to filter buyers to make sure they meet your qualifications before sending them to you.
The good news is you don't have to choose which system you want to use. Both options are automatically available to buyers so they can use which method they prefer. This ensures you get the maximum number of leads from buyers that are interested in buying your concept, all for one low monthly rate.
Every lead you receive has specifically requested more information about YOUR concept. We never "share" leads from one concept to another. This means you will never receive a "generic" lead from The Franchise Engine, and your lead will not be contacted by numerous other franchisors and business opportunities in which they did not have an interest. We take this issue VERY seriously.
